Advisor in problems of contracts, real property, municipal tax, bond financing, housing production and management. Serve as Federal Housing Administration multi-closing attorney for states of Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky (Over 300 Multi-Family closings handled for the government).
B. In private practice, work includes:
  1.   Federal Administrative Law, Real Estate law, Business & Commercial Law, Business Organizations (Corp., LLC, and LP),  Legal matters relating to development, operation, and sale of business.    2.   Legal matters from application submission through permanent loan closings and syndication of HUD and Farmer Home Administration multifamily projects in states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas,  and Colorado.
  3.  Tax Free Exchanges, Transfers of Physical Assets (HUD), Refinancing and Rehabilitation Loans (Multifamily and Commercial Business.) Nonprofit organization and administration, Privately Placed Securities, Cooperative and Condominium housing, Apartment housing, Assisted and Independent Living housing, Hospitals and Nursing Homes, and Land and Subdivision developments.US and International formation and operation of Software Companies which I gained expertise while serving as CEO and General Counsel of an international software company. We have extended our area of practice into the formation of new businesses in the renewal energy industries and Blockchain development in the legal profession.
